The Fitness Level is a feature of the Lifestyle Assessment which gives an accurate estimate of your fitness level from a 30-minute brisk walk. The Fitness Level feature is an easy and precise way to track your fitness as part of a varied Lifestyle Assessment.
This is how you measure your Fitness Level:
Walk at a moderate pace for 30 minutes for at least 2 kilometers.
- Don’t rush – it will not give you a better result.
- Walk alone: you can run out of breath if you are talking and this will affect your result.
- Walk on flat terrain without a heavy backpack or bag.
The Fitness Level will automatically be in your Lifestyle Assessment report if conducted according to the above instructions.
