During individual feedback the participant has a 30-minute session over the phone with a Firstbeat coach. Through individual feedback the participant not only gains valuable information about their own well-being and the tools to achieve their wellness goals, but also the motivation to change their lifestyle for the better.
The participant reserves their individual feedback session through the Firstbeat online booking system so they can select a time, date and coach of their choice. The Firstbeat coach will call the participant at the agreed time to go through their report. During the individual feedback session, the coach and participant set well-being goals together based on the results of the measurement. The participant will receive their report via email 24 hours before the booked feedback session.
A Group feedback (90 mins) date is agreed with Firstbeat. The Firstbeat expert explains how to read the results by using a case study. The participants receive their own reports via email before the group feedback. The session can be held face-to-face or online.
