Message 1: Be your best self
Communicate this as soon as you’ve received confirmation about using our Wellness Services within your organisation.
You’ve rallied for your workforce – be sure to tell your staff how much you care about them! Everyone has the right to feel even better at work and at home.
The email template tells your employees in short about the assessment process and creates positive attitudes around wellbeing.
Your staff can familiarise themselves with the Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment on the See your everyday life in a new light -website.
Calendar invite: Invitation to kick-off meeting
Send a calendar invite approximately one week before the kick-off meeting. You can use this as a template.
The purpose of a kick-off meeting is to tell employees in an engaging way about the Lifestyle Assessment, what the benefits are and how to conduct the measurement.
Motivational kick-off meetings before each project helps prepare and excite employees about the measurement and have proven to achieve higher engagement rates.
The more participants you get, the more useful and insightful data you have at your disposal!
Message 2: Introducing the Lifestyle Assessment and the kick-off meeting
Send this message directly after the kick-off meeting. You should also include the presentation from the meeting in case anyone needs to revisit it.
In order to get the most value from the Wellness Services, you of course want all of your staff to participate in the assessment! This message template goes more in depth into wellbeing and factors influencing it. It also includes tips on how to achieve good balance in your everyday.
Message 3: Have you started your assessment yet?
This message should be sent approximately a week after the kick-off meeting.
We all inadvertently overlook things time to time, we’re only human! A gentle reminder to your staff about the Lifestyle Assessment won’t go amiss.
