Lifestyle Assessment has an additional Data Export feature to get more scientific information from the recorded measurement data. Please note that, this feature is sold separately to the software. If you do not have this feature yet and would be interested in the Data Export feature, contact your local Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment sales for a quote, or contact Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment Sales with a contact form.
With the Data Export it's possible to get more detailed information about the measurements recorded with the Bodyguard 2 device. Data Export is created in an Excel spread sheet containing all the selected scalar and vector variables. With Data Export you can use data from complete measurements or only use data splits for accurate data sampling.
To access the Data export log in to the Lifestyle Assessment with your username and password.
After logged in select Tools and click Data Export.
From the opened Data Export window, select Add measurements...
You can use the search function to filter for profiles you want add to the Data export. Use the option Whole measurements if you want to export profile's whole measurement data or option Measurement splits to use created data split intervals in profile's assessment.
Select the measurement data from left side column and use the Add button to move it the to the right side column.
You can add multiple measurements or splits to the data export. When all the data you need is selected, click Save. You are then taken back to the data export view.
After selecting the measurements you can view some details about them. To continue creating the actual data export files click Export.
