Center order can be created from the Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment, when you have logged in to your account.
Click Center order form from the up right corner
You will be directed to a Center order form where you can choose if you want to place the order for one person or for a group.
In the next upcoming steps fill in the requested information on each page. On the last page, check that your order information is correct and send the order. You will get a order confirmation to your email when the order is received.
The Center order has now been created! If there are any problems placing the order, contact Firstbeat Support.
