It is not recommended to perform the measurement ill. Illness is a notable stress factor so the measurement does not give realistic picture about your situation. Results can become distorted so that they look much worse than they really would be.
If you get sick during or just before starting a measurement, you should stop the measurement and contact your personal measurement contact person.
The name and contact information of your contact person can be found at the bottom of the email message containing the Lifestyle Assessment link to your online journal. The subject of the email is 'Start your Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment', and the message is sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not reply to this email as it has no recipient. Always send message to the measurement contact person written on the email.
Note: By "sick", it's meant that you are not in working condition. It is OK to continue with the measurement if you experience that you are in working condition.
