It is not recommended to perform the measurement when ill. Illness is a notable stress factor, so the measurement would not provide a realistic picture of your situation and results may become distorted so that they look much worse than they really would be.
If you get sick during or just before starting a measurement, you should stop the measurement and contact your personal measurement contact person.
The name and contact information of your contact person can be found at the bottom of the Lifestyle Assessment email containing your online journal link. The subject of the email is "Welcome to Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment", and the message is sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not reply to this email as it has no recipient. Always email the measurement contact person’s details found in the email.
Note: By "sick", it's meant that you are not in a condition to work. It is OK to continue with the measurement if you feel that you are in working condition.
