The online journal lets you add important details of your daily routine that allow more accurate analysis and feedback. If the journal link is not working this is likely due to two possibilities: Either the link has expired, or your internet browser does not support the web page.

In this case, please contact your service provider to get a new link. After getting a new link you can continue filling in your journal normally. All previous journal entries are saved. The name of your measurement contact person can be found from the signature of the email with the link to the online journal.
If opening the journal link fails because of the browser this will be made clear in the error message. The most common reason this may occur is that the version of the browser is too old. In this case, please check your browser settings for any new updates and update the browser if possible. Please also try to clear the browser history and cookies.
Alternatively, try to open the link with another browser or on a mobile device.
