If you discover a malfunction in your heart rate belts, receivers or Sports Sensors, please fill in the report for a faulty device. You can add only one device to a report. If you need to report both heart rate belt and the receiver, please fill in two reports. We will process the report within two (2) business days. You will receive a form that needs to be sent with the broken devices to repair service.
Do not send broken devices to Firstbeat without a service report form. Devices returned without the form will get delayed.
Note! Please unpair the sensors in Sports Live App before sending the Sensor to repair.
