Firstbeat Uploader software enables preparing devices for assessments and transferring heartbeat data to the Firstbeat Lifestyle Assessment. It can also be used in offline mode for uploading measurements as files to your computer's hard drive. Uploader is not a tool for viewing the data, it can be used only for uploading the data to the Lifestyle Assessment server, or to the computer's memory (in offline mode). If you are looking for a tool to view the data, please check the Lifestyle Assessment or the Sports software.

The Firstbeat Uploader software is compatible with the Firstbeat Bodyguard 2 (in case you use the Uploader plugin, the Uploader software is not required) and the Bodyguard 1. When uploading the data in offline mode, the data is saved to the computer's memory in the users selected location. The raw heart rate variability data is saved to an SDF file (containing the time between the R-peaks in milliseconds) and the accelerometer data is saved to a CSV file (containing the data from each axis, see more from Bodyguard 2 technical details).
